Kenoza Hall Inside & Out
Throughout Kenoza Hall’s 55 acres, guests can find cherished nooks & reading rooms, which harken back to the building’s most recent past as a private residence, as well as expansive lakeviews and trails to stretch your legs. Relax and reflect in our sitting rooms, parlors and porches, explore the library of vintage maps of the area, or disengage from time on Kenoza Lake or at Hemlock Spa. Watch the world go by more slowly and cherish the moments in between.
Parlor
The Parlor room provides a common area that boasts Kenoza Lake and garden views in a quiet and cozy setting. Guests are encouraged to lounge and perhaps enjoy a cocktail. The new fieldstone fireplace anchors the room with original touches from the building’s past.
Lake Room
The Lake Rooms’s striking blues and blush pink hues compliment the scenic views of Kenoza Lake. The walls are adorned with handprinted portraits and landscapes, complimenting the carefully collected assortment of books, playful paperweights and antique glassware. Ample seating throughout the space offer another place to unwind.
Map Room
This area houses maps, local guidebooks and places to visit in the area to help you plan your stay. The Kenoza Hall Guest Services team is happy to help craft your getaway with activities both on and off property.
The Trails
Stretch your legs and enjoy our beautiful and expansive backyard - our trails meander through meadows, wooded areas and overlook the bungalows and lake. This is a great place to spot a deer, an eagle soaring over the lake or a fellow guest’s pup out on a stroll.
Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna
An outdoor heated swimming pool overlooks the main inn & Kenoza Lake and provides German-inspired lounge chairs for hotel guests. Adjacent to the pool is a hot tub and outdoor sauna. Kenoza Lake lies just beyond the main inn and offers a place for canoeing and row boating in season.
The Pool will re-open at the end of May. Sauna & hot tub are open year-round.
Bluestone Patio
The perfect place for a sundowner overlooking the lake or catching up on your s’mores over a bonfire. In fair weather, food is also served out here. Rocking chairs abound for a lazy swing high above Kenoza Lake.
